Here are more examples of Path Pay 40% Rule from compensation statements:

Social Sharer

In order to qualify for the Social Rank of Sharer, a Solavei Social Member must achieve the following:

  • Have at least 8 Solavei Members directly enrolled as PC1s with total number of at least 10 Solavei Members enrolled between your PC1 and PC2 connections.
  • Have a Total Network of at least 30 Solavei Members enrolled. Your Total Network includes Solavei Members enrolled as PC1s, PC2s, PC3s and so on.

However, no more than 40% of the Total Network required to advance to the next rank can come from a single PC1 enrolled in your network. The Total Network Required to advance to the Social Rank of Sharer is 30, therefore the maximum an individual PC1 can contribute to your Total Network tally is 40% of 30 or 30 x .40, which is equal to 12.

Social Partner

To qualify as the Social Rank of Partner, you need to have 12 Qualified Connections in your PC1, 30 Qualified Members between PC1 and PC2 and 80 Qualified Members in your Total Network. With the 40% Path Pay Rule, no more than 32 Qualified Members (eg: 80 x 40%) can come from a single individual who is a Personal Connection (PC1).

  • Based on the 40% rule, only 32 of the 74 Qualified Members from the first PC1 member will count for your Total Network requirement.

  • Based on the 40% rule, only 32 ("Max per PC1") of the 74 Qualified Members from the first PC1 member will count for your Total Network requirement.
